PYB's Work-Based Learning Program provides student participants with the opportunity to explore different careers, gain experience from industry leaders, and enhance their skill set for their future careers, through paid internships with business partnerships throughout Philadelphia.
These are usually 10-week experiences, where youth work 8-15 hours per week, for +/- $16 an hour.
